You may make an appointment to see Dr. Speyer three ways:

1. Call your primary care physician for a referral and to have your records sent ahead of your appointment. See our contact information for mailing address or fax number for your records.

2. Call the office directly (615) 865-7050 to make your own appointment. Keep in mind that certain insurance companies require a referral from your primary care physician’s office.

3. Submit your appointment request via online form below

If your insurance company requires a referral to see a specialist you will have to make those arrangements with your primary care physician first, and have them call our office for the appointment directly.

We cannot accommodate all requests but will make every attempt to get you seen as soon as possible.

NOTE: YOUR PRIVACY: Do NOT include any private health information in any email communication for your protection and in accordance with federal HIPPA law. Email is not used for sending private health information at any time.

Please allow 3 days for response; if you need more immediate attention you will have to call the office directly at 615-865-7050.

Dr. Speyer does not communicate via email with patients due to your privacy rights and federal HIPPA law restrictions for your protection.

We do NOT respond to email requests for ANY other reason. Do not send emails for prescription refills or other health related matters as they will not be returned.
